Reflect Within, Kandivali East

After going through the positive reviews and recommendations for Prachi, I ended up contacting her clinic and contrary to all these reviews here I'd a disappointing experience with her. I'm not sure if my case in particular was mishandled ** ***** ******* *** ******** ** * ****** *** ********** ********* During our sessions she would ask me to follow certain things and get back to her over texts with an update. I did exactly the same but never heard back from her. I confronted this to her over one of our sessions where she again asked me to update her over texts and this time she promised she will respond but again didn't stood by her words and I had to follow up with her for about a week. She is always inaccessible and it sort of compels me to book a session with her even when I don't need it, just to have a 2 min conversation.

- No matter how much I explain her, she will always dismiss/belittle my concerns. *** **** **** **** ** ** *** * ***** * **** ****** **** ** ***** ******* *** **** ** **** **** **** *** ***** ******* **** ** *** **** ***** * ******** **** * ****** ****** ************ ** ***. Is this why I paid so much for the sessions, only to hear this?

- I recently asked her to share my reports with me to which she responded that I'll be required to go through the diagnoses process. I was shocked to learn that she doesn't even remember that I was diagnosed by her on our very first session and that's how we planned therapies in the first place. It was really disappointing to know that my own doc doesn't remember that I was diagnosed by them and undergoing a treatment for the same.

I became anxious when I realized that my own pysch doesn't remember about my diagnosis and I made a blunder of signing up with a wrong person who just doesn't care. I felt upset and tensed and almost fainted at work and had to rush back to home. The same day I decided that am going to drop her and look for someone else and the only contact we had after this was to get my reports.

I feel guilty about burning my hard earned money and getting a mediocre and unpleasant experience in return.

The first location of the clinic is very much good. The timings & the staff is very co-operative & easily reachable, never had the problems with their timings & scheduled appointments

About the Dr.Ms.Prachi Tripathi.

Strong lady with the good amount of knowledge & experience. The exercise & the therapy given by the Dr was tremendous help in improving my condition with just the few sessions the results were amazing & improvement can be seen sessions by sessions

Overall a very good experience l would happily suggest & recommend the other for the centre reflect within.

Prachi is someone that has always come across as kind, empathetic and patient. She has helped me cope with my depression and anxiety and always suggests ways to work on a part of myself that I’m struggling to deal with. She listens with empathy, makes the person feel at ease and always has a very comforting expression and body language. I’ve recommended her to close friends and family who have also improved mentally since visiting her regularly. The staff at the clinic are also very cooperative and respectful and the clinic itself is well-maintained and clean. Choosing to go to Reflect Within is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I visited Dr. Prachi when I was at the peak of my downfall with depression and severe anxiety. Although I was pretty skeptical about therapy as I had bad experiences with prior therapists that I visited I still wanted to give a chance and see the results with Ms.Prachi.

I was not able to open up in my first session but Prachi Mam’s Paitence was commendable and she helped me with my core issues and traumas which were causing reccurent Anxiety issues in me. Her way of treating my problem was very unique than what I experienced with other therapists. It made me feel like my issues were properly addressed.

I was given little homeworks to be done which helped me deal with my childhood traumas as well as depressive phase.

I strongly recommend Prachi Mam for anyone dealing with Mental Health issues.
