Booking appointment was smooth, i was asked whether i have any fever, cough or temperature to which i said no. They gave me an appointment on next day. When i reached the clinic my temp, oximeter reading and My bp was checked after which i was allowed to see the dr. He was polite and nice initially as i told him i need an ecg report for my company which is an annual ritual as i am from aviation. He asked of any history to which i told him that i was covid positive more than an month back and i have completely recovered and cleared by Dr and BMC. His behaviour was completely changed *** ****** ******** **** why didn’t you inform us before to which i said that i was never asked before and its a history now and my Treating dr has already said that i can resume my regular life. Still I apologised to him telling him that i had no intention to hide or else i would have not even told you now and there was no way you coukd find out. His assistant did my ecg, he had to take 2 reports because his machine had some issue. After the report he said its normal and asked me to step out of his cabin. His assistant came with the reports and gave it to me. When i had some doubts about my reports about things written on it, ** *** ****** *** said its written in medical terms you wont understand and asked me to leave. I asked myself he charged me consulting fees of 1000 rs and 300 extra for ecg but he doesn’t want to reply to my questions. We consulted Doctor Sunayana for the gynelogical problems faced by my wife especially the side effects of growing fibroids. The USG and MRI also indicated Adenomyosis and cysts and we were quite worried. The doctor explained to us about the issue, the treatment, risks and side effects. She also explained about the technicalities of the harmonic laproscopy and the short discharge and recovery time. She came across as quite professional, confident, calm amd empathetic. She assured us of an effective treatment. The operation went through successfully and we are quite happy with recovery. I would recommend her given our experience.

I have net a lot of doctors off late regarding different issues but off them all I felt the best here. He had the willingness and strength to connect with the every patient. His tone had the empathy that should be there in every doctor which unfortunately many dont have as there are so many continues patients but some doctors have the ability to retain it .. he made sure to completely hear me out and explain all my doubts.. most importantly he had a smile on his face entire time.. I was relaxed after the consultation. And his fees being a cardiologist was on particularly lower side which shows he cares about people and is committed to his profession. God bless !!
