Dr Prathamesh gave the appointment promptly at my convenient day and time! I was able to meet the Dr immediately with minimum details asked by reception ladies, courteous.

I was a bit tense and Dr Prathamesh made relax with his calm and patient manner and listening without interrupting or cutting me short! He did all the check-ups himself and I found him to be very professional, compassionate, mature and friendly. At no point did I feel rushed. Prathmesh operated on my mother of catarct. My mother is a patient who is very afraid of doctors. But Prathmesh and team made it a breeze. She was very happy to speak with prathmesh who was able to convincingly help her in doing cataract surgery. Dr. Prathamesh was calm and responsive to all our queries and doubts. He made sure we were comfortable and also understood the need for a surgery for my Father. He also did a follow-up pre and post-surgery follow-ups. His staff was also very co-operative.

He understands the problem of the patient and accordingly he checks the eyes and there is no hurry if the another patient is waiting outside. And accordingly treatment is given.
