Dr. Indu Thakare is a gem of a person, *** ********* ** *** ****** *** ** ***** **** ** **** *** ** ********* My pain was severe that I could not walk or get up from bed, but on my visit to her clinic (which is at ground floor) she gave me the right Physiotherapy, & also explained me correct postures, ways to make healthy changes in my busy lifestyles. & suggested me a few right exercises to strenth my back (which i can do at my home too)

For about 4-5weeks I had a very bad pain in my ankle and knee. I was finding it difficult to even walk. On consulting with Dr Indu, she could immediately diagnose me and gave me few very simple exercises and to my surprise the pain not only vanished in few days but in a weeks time I could even resume my daily morning and evening walk.
