Medha'S shape up, Matunga

Dr. Medha Sawant is very patient and gives us a good hearing. I was concerned about my rising blood pressure and increasing weight. After following her diet, I could bring my blood pressure under control without medication and lost on an average 2 kgs p.m. she modifies the diet to suit our goals as well as our tastes. She is simply fabulous in her work I m really feeling very lucky to have her as my dietitian more than a superb guider.Especially when she shares her method of preparing food it is really helpful e.g.oats uppma previously I use to hate oats bt after knowing the correct method of making it from mam truly speaking nw tht oats uppma is like Amrat for me...
