My experience started with Dash mam, when i was struggling with gut issues and IBS due to anxiety.

She really helped me to heal in that journey process. With small small example and small small steps i overcame that fear of relapsing.

Now i am also working on her with my mother health issues.

She is very good she listen to you and makes you comfortable whether your thoughts are positive or negative.
