Dr Tasneem is a very efficient Nutritionist. My son who is 12 years of age was very underweight. Had shown to other doctors as well but there was no satisfactory result. I lost 14 kgs and i am really happy.My experience was really great i didnt find the diet boring and there were no cravings and it was really easy to follow. Doctor was really understanding and motivating throughout the process and always available on whatsapp or calls if u had a query.

I visited for my weight loss Dr tasneem girkar gave me diet plan. I followed it and ilost my 3kg in 15 days. I was satisfied with it. Again i went to dr tasneem girkar for follow up.
