Hoped for better: Wait time

The doctor is on maternity leave and the appointment was still fixed when she was not available. Replacement doctor's timings are only during morning.

I travelled from Andheri to Malad as Practo sent me a confirmation for appointment with Dr. Sneha Kotecha, but when I reached the clinic I was informed about her leave and no other doctor was available.

Another Dr had given us time period for her life as she was on O2 at home and 3 yrs back she was hospitalised and I came in contact with Dr Kunal and after that everything change, I have not hospitalise her till now, Thanks Dr Kunal.
