I have had mental breakdown nearly three years back. Consulted quite a few doctors. But all they would do is prescribe me medicines based on 5 minutes that they spared to listen to me.

Dr.Dave was the first who patiently listened to me and took me out of the suffering. She really listened to what I had to say and is a big reason why I’m what I’m today mentally.

And this time too I am consulting her for depression and Anxiety.

What I like about her is that apart from Medication and counselling, she encourages meditation,reading, sketching, music and specific writing exercises that not just help with dealing with Mental Health issues but also helps in discovering coping mechanisms for a lifetime.

Dr Nahid Dave is excellent with her diagnosis and gives appropriate medication. She explains symptoms, illness information, side effects very well and in a simple manner so it is easy to grasp. She is available to discuss effect of medication. Her manner is calming. I am very happy with the service.

I would like to thank Dr Dave for all the support I received for improving my self esteem and confidence. I moved into a new city last year but faced a lot of problems at the professional front especially pertaining to work culture and behavior of bosses. I came from a different industry also and hence had troubles adjusting to the new environment. This crated a sense of low esteem and low confidence and made me depressed over the situation. The visits and counselling of Ma'am was extremely helpful to not only bring me back from a depressed attitude but brought back my self esteem and confidence that I had previously. She helped me through these time and made me more resilient to face issues. Now I have moved to a different job but more resilient and peaceful and thanks to Dr Dave I am more confident than I was when I first visited her which is helping me.

Doctor is very empathetic and understanding, has treated me and is in the process of treating a family member and a friend as well, since I have recommended her to many many others and they have followed through seeing the benefits I experienced. It's extremely inconvenient to get a separate psychiatrist and psychologist, but Dr Nahid is trained to be both, and delivers wonderfully.
