In April 2026, I [ 72 years ] had severe pain in both knees [ majorly left one ]. So I visited Dr. Aparna Shanbhag, who commenced and gave me IFT + MFR Therapies [ MFR for long duration ].

During conduct of Sessions, she explained interesting foundational origin-cause-effect pointers. She has shown me progressively number of exercises, which I have found to be beneficial immensely. I will be doing these exercises forever.

Dr. Aparna Shanbhag is highly motivational for patients and is always enthusiastic to walk that extra mile for patients' enhancement of comfort level and for patients' confidence building slowly and steadily.

I have recovered fully well from my acute ailment. I strongly recommend her for robust positive treatment for patients - especially Senior Citizens like me.

Dr. Aparna Shanbhag is one of the most talented, polite, expert doctor I have ever met. I was having Back Pain & Left Shoulder tenderness. MRI was not good. I had severe back pain after my delivery, and it became so bad that I couldn't even sleep on my back. That's when I started treatment with Aparna Doc. On the first day, I didn't notice much difference because the pain was very intense. However, the doctor treated me with ***** care and confidence, always reassuring me that everything would be fine.

Within just 5 days, I started feeling a significant improvement, and I was finally able to sleep comfortably on my back again. Today, I feel so much better, and I truly can't express how comfortable and relieved I am.
