Everyone was patient and kind to me and YOU DOC POOJA was exceptionally GOD' SENT to heal me from my PAIN

Several times I have been in tears ,   due to inability to properly functioning  , as I had undergone two surgeries. It's remarkable how PAIN can affect one psychologically . Inspite of it all  DOC POOJA Never ever lost her cool. ,.was always MOTIVATING ME and pushing  me out of my COMFORT ZONE .

JUST TRUST HER BLINDLY . SHE IS COMPASSIONATE ,and EMPATHETIC and my GO TO DOC for physiotheraphy.

Had knee pain for the longest time. OA knee was diagnosed by my doctor. Somebody recommend me DR. POOJA VORA had come to Physiogo clinic. Started my treatment for knee and started to feel better with the sessions. They also have aqua physio therapy. Aqua helped a lot. It works wonders on knee treatment. Now i am completely better with aqua therapy. The environment of the clinic is also nice. Dr. Pooja is also a wonderful doctor. The staff is also nice. I visited Dr.Pooja 3 months into my knee ligament and meniscus injury. I was taking medicines for months and rest as recommended by my orthopedist but my pain was not getting relieved. Then I found Dr.Pooja and visited her for strengthening. She was very quick to identify my issue, explain it to me in detail and also suggest why I was not getting better. She immediately suggested course correction and within 5-7 sittings, I was feeling 50% better. Within 1 month of taking treatment from her, my pain got 90% better. I visited dr. Pooja for my shoulder pain. Was in severe pain since one month. Visited physio go had my assessment done and was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. I was impressed with her involvement with patient and case. She also gave me a do’s and don’t list which helped me a lot. I could see the improvement and pain relief in just three sessions. Now i can perform my basic activity and daily chores. Frozen shoulder treatment takes time to recover but following her treatment protocol could help you to get speedy recovery. I visited Dr. Pooja for posture correction and lack of strength in my upper back as well as pain in my left hand. She precisely diagnosed the underlying problem , and patiently explained the same ,helping me relieve my pain and nerve irritation. My treatment with her is still going on but I’m extremely happy with the progress I’ve made in a short time, considering I’d undergone physiotherapy before.I’m also thankful to her for guiding me in my workouts and improving my strength! I approached Dr Pooja for helping me in post ACL reconstruction rehabilitation. She provided the modern techniques in form of Pilates and Aqua physio. Though i have been in active fitness for 15 years, the exercises she made me do on reformers, mat and in pool were quite novel. It made my recovery speedy and fun. I feel better strength in injured leg and core along with better posture & body balance. It has given me confidence to resume my workouts and sports. Dr Pooja is very friendly, listens to our problems with patience and provides modern solutions for them.

Dr Pooja was terrific. I was taking pain killers for the past 10 days, without any relief, for a muscle inflammation that happened whilst working out in the gym. She explained everything to me patiently in a very clear manner and took me off medication.

One session in her fully equipped physiotherapy centre and i was already feeling cured.

When I first visited her after one month of my injury I was not even able to walk bt within a week I was walking n my pain was very less…one of my ligament is completely broken still my recovery journey with her was amazing n now she is working on my core muscle so it can help me carry my life easily…Pooja mam is a very positive n happy person with a smiling face which gives us a positive vibes because everyone in her clinic is having pain but she gives us so much confidence n help to excel …My dr has suggested me a surgery but because of her Physio n Aqua therapy dr has again given me a month time n again he will evaluate my report…Physio has helped me big time n I hope my knee gets better without the surgery..Everyone in her clinic is very friendly n polite to all the patients.I think they understand far better ki everyone here is with a lot of pain n they do there best to help us…thank you mam

I approached Dr. Pooja for my back pain with was very severe. I wasn’t able to walk for long distance and was having sleepless nights because of pain. I had taken xray which was showing disc bulge at L4-L5 level. She assessed me and I answered few questions which was asked by her regarding my pain. She explained it very well about my condition and the treatment protocol. Within few sessions my pain was reduced and I was able to do my daily activities.
