I want to express my disappointment with the recent consultation for my mother. After paying a substantial amount for the consultation, the amount is huge for us, we experienced an unacceptably long wait time for Video Consultation ,inspite of taking prior video consultation appointment,with little to no communication from your side. It gave us the impression that my mother's care was not being taken seriously, and we felt disregarded throughout the process.After the consultation, I had to request the prescription multiple times, which was frustrating *** ************** ** ****** **** * *** ** ***** *** ********* **** ****** **** **** ******** *********Moreover, despite being on your medication for over two years, we have not seen any significant improvement in my mother's health* ***** **** ** *** *********** *** ******** ***** *** ********* ********** **** *** ** treat every patient with the care and respect **** ******** regardless of the situation. ********* ****** *** ********* ** **** ********** ** ********* **** ***** *** *** *** ******* This was our last consultation.

I didn't expect appointment session to be so horrible. Doctor was late during both of my appointment and I hardly got 15 minutes each time with him. The clinic is small and crowded with patients who r without appointment. I didn't get an opportunity to speak to him properly. I was prescribed medicine and told it will work in six weeks of course. I hardly managed two visits as it was irritating to see him rush my session. Also the secretary seemed to interrupt openly during the conversation. I do not recommend him until u only seemed to require medication.
