Deepa Nandy was referred to me by a close friend of mine, I have Thyroid and PCOD which made it very difficult for me to loose weight.

Deepa ma'am, suggested a very budget friendly diet to maintain the nutrition and calorie intake while helping me drop down weight/inches. She just altered my daily diet giving me more healthy choices to eat.

She didn't ask me starve, she gave me more options to eat good/healthy food.

It's just been a month since I joined her, and I've already lost 4 kgs. Different bodies have different ways they loose weight. The reason for losing weight is not just to wear what you like, but also to help you improve your overall health, which inturn reduces your chances of falling prey to other diseases.

Visiting Deepa for diet consultation has been pivotal in my weight loss journey. For the last 5 years I tried very possible trick to lose weight without any lasting results. But Deepa just made a few adjustments to my eating and exercise habits which made all the difference. I lost almost 7 kgs in 3 months without starving or overly exerting in the gym. Few simple changes like eating more proteins and strength training is all it took to finally see that drop on the scale. Apart from weight loss my overall health has improved. I feel more energetic and cheerful all day. Deepa is a wonderful guide who is so enthusiastic to share her knowledge and guides you throughout without being very restrictive. Deepa Nandi is well experienced nutritionist who takes pains in customisation of diet as per the patient's needs and guides wek to week My sugar levels are now within controlled diabetes range after following the diet prescribed by her I would recommend diabetes patients to consult her

I visited Ms. Deepa nandy for the first time in 2012 for weight loss and diet treatment and with her guidance i was successful in losing 8 kgs of my weight. I again started taking the same treatment in June 2023 and i lost 7.5 kgs in 10 weeks. Now i am 70 years old bit i feel 50 because of her diet programme. She is very friendly but at the same time very much strict in our daily diet programme. Many many thanks to her.

Will turn deaf ears to your problems or negate your diet related problems stating that it is caused due to your body type. Not at all helpful for vegetarians as not much changed in diet in 3 mths stating that there are not much options. In that case the fee structure should come with disclaimer ahead of opting the plan. Also, I was on a very low calorie diet leading to hair loss. The measurements were too tight and choking for showing the progress, that really did not exist. I strongly do not recommend.

Her knowledge seems to be good but she is too rigid in her approach. Weight loss requires a focused diet but the patient’s likes/dislikes and other things need to be considered too! A person in their 30s has a life beyond diet. They HAVE to attend family functions and work related event. Moreover, they need some relief from their stressful life now and then. This doctor mostly just calls you back to check your measurements than give any actual change in diet or help you adapt to it. *** ***** ** **** ******** ******** ** ***** *** *** ****** ** ******** *** **** ***** ****** ** **** ****** *** * ********* ******* ************* No point in being a doctor if you are only going to lecture people.

Deepa has great energy and I connected very easily with her. I feel motivated when I talk to her and I felt the genuine care she has for her patients.

Dr Nandy is an amazing Nutritionist. Her diet chart help me post covid recovery. Within 10days I almost got back my 80% strength. I even able to jog 3km per day without difficulty.

She was very good at explaining everything properly. She wasn't like the ones who recommend not to eat but she's given me a chart which is so fulfilling & yet its a complete balanced diet. So i am happy 😊

Deepa has the knowledge about food and is extremely motivating. Her diet tips are very useful and they are sustainable. Deepa makes her clients comfortable .
