Visited Dr. Kathleen Mathew (General Physician)
I’d like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Kathleen, who is based in Mumbai, for helping me recover from pneumonia through online consultation — even while I was residing in Australia.
From the very first interaction, Dr. Kathleen ************ *** **** **** ******* ********* *** **** * ***** *** compassionate approach to diagnosis and treatment. She took the time to explain the nature of the infection in simple, understandable terms, including how pneumonia develops, the symptoms to monitor, and the importance of timely medication.
What truly stood out was her ability to explain the treatment plan step by step — the reason behind each prescribed medication, expected side effects, how the infection progresses, and lifestyle precautions to support faster recovery. Her calm, reassuring manner gave me immense confidence throughout the process.
Despite the geographical distance and time zone difference, Dr. Kathleen was consistently responsive and thorough in follow-ups. She closely monitored my recovery, adjusted the treatment plan when needed, and made sure I stayed informed and at ease.
Thanks to her medical expertise and attentive care, I made a full recovery. It’s rare to come across a doctor who combines clinical precision with such compassionate communication — and I feel lucky to have received her care remotely.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional and patient-centric medical support, even from afar.

Visited Dr. Avya Bansal (Pulmonologist)
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
We consulted Dr. Avya Bansal for a second opinion regarding my father’s ILD, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, he guided us step by step with ***** patience and clarity. He took the time to help us truly understand the condition and explained the measures needed to slow its progression in a way that was reassuring and easy to follow.
What stands out the most is his availability and dedication—he has always been there for us over calls and WhatsApp whenever we needed guidance or support. During my father’s admission at Bombay Hospital, Dr. Bansal provided exceptional care and also went above and beyond in helping us navigate paperwork and other formalities, which made a very stressful time much easier for our family.
We are deeply grateful for his compassion, expertise, and constant support. In every sense, he is an outstanding doctor and we couldn’t have asked for better care.
