Worst people after waiting for 1.5 hours even after being second patient the doctor just made me sit without even informing that I would be the last person she would check. I wasted my time waiting for such unprofessional way of handling patients. Never would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Surekha Pradeep Mathkar replied

Very unfortunate to happen to any patient. This patient's appointment was not informed by practo neither by patient to doctor. . Due to too much crowd of patients there was some mismanagement. One step from patient or Practo staff could have very easy resolved this issue. This is non medical problem unnecessarily giving negative impression.

Bad experience. There is no proper system for appointment. Also reception have don't knowledge how to treat with patients .
