This feedback is only half the truth! This individual is not my patient. First of all he called me at a time when I was taking rest in the afternoon as we have to be back for evening practice. Still, I responded to his call as he said he was a patient. The question about bonding is a simple question with a complex answer if a dentist has not seen the tooth in question. I told this Gentleman that he needs to visit my clinic to get his tooth examined so that we can suggest the best possible treatment options as there could be a range of possibility however he insisted that I give an estimate to him regarding treatment of bonding. Usually bonding is a technical term in dentistry with a very complex explanation. I deduced that the gentleman is internet savvy and has researched this term and therefore suggested to him that since he wanted an estimate without visiting a dental clinic he could get one with some help from ‘Google ‘ the leading search engine with a little effort which would save him a dental consultation expense. I also informed him that I also Google search for any information that I would not like to pay for as Google is free....!!!
