I went to physioselect due to sleeplessness, nerve pain and knee pains. I’ve learnt pranayama, jyoti dhyanam and exercises for knee pain at physioselect. Been practising them at home post treatment too. I’ve had great relief from the pain and also sleep better now. Dr Vrinda is highly skilled in identifying the problems and designing the right treatment. I highly recommend physioselect. Their staff and management are a dedicated lot.

Physio Select is one of the few places that emphasize on patient care and recovery over money. I actually wanted to pay for 7 sessions butDr. Rindha asked me first try 4 and then decide if I need additional sessions. Needless to say, 4 was enough for my recovery. The clinic is a dedicated center for Physiotherapy and has a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Rindha is qualified and friendly. She spends enough time treating you and go beyond to understand the root cause of the problem. Highly recommended.
