Dr. Asad glanced at the 2D X-ray from CBCT and retracted from his proposed treatment which he suggested in the first visit claiming 8 weeks as sufficient time to perform the orthodontic procedure on the displaced molar. Doctor assigned my case to his...Read moreDr. Asad glanced at the 2D X-ray from CBCT and retracted from his proposed treatment which he suggested in the first visit claiming 8 weeks as sufficient time to perform the orthodontic procedure on the displaced molar. Doctor assigned my case to his associate in the second visit who clearly had no briefing on my case and also appeared to be in haste. He assumed that patient was using retainers for the first time, yet he did not care to properly explain its use. The pressure on the upper denture was only checked and the lower was completely ignored. Having used these appliances in the past I felt the construction itself of the retainer was mediocre. Doctor did not ask or cared to check if the acrylic surface was smooth enough or causing any discomfort. And then I am told to follow up after several months but then the offered retainer seem not 'active' enough to make any corrective change. I am disappointed.Read less
