I generally dont write good reviews, but the hospitality of Cygnus made me to write it.

Before people say that mine is a paid review, please see all the details mentioned below.

Before getting admitted here, she was with a corporate hospital, which I felt was expensive. We immediately got her discharged from the same and admitted her to Cygnus. At the first sight Dr. Srivenu, not sure why, I was convinced about the hospital. She was here for almost a week and the experience was smooth.

Not even a single unnecessary investigation was done.

Sisters were quite helpful and prompt.

All the doctors explained everything in detail.

Considering the age and previous history of my mother of diseases like Hypertension, Thyroid and Diabetes, the surgery was a high risk surgery . It was done yesterday, and my mother has started recovering early. Though initially, doctors had told me that considering her age, she may have to stay a bit extra, however, the doctors have confirmed a discharge tomorrow itself.

This implies that this hospital is ethical, else they could have asked her to wait for a day more to make some extra money.

In the entire span of 6 days only ECG and Bloodgrouping was done, and reports from previous hospital was considered. if they would have wanted to be make some extra pennies, they could have easily done it.

The hospital is neat and clean, the rooms toilets etc are clean. The PREs are also good. The CEO of the centre, Dr. Srivenu is easily approachable and answers all the silly questions with a smile on his face.

I strongly recommend to visit this place with trust, and let me assure you that you won't regret!

Very good experience. He is very talented and is very helpful in treating the patient. Very very generous. He listens to the problem with patience and treats the root cause of problem. Very very experienced in treating gastroenterology and liver diseases

i visited the doctor when the Cygnus clinic was opened near Miyapur..i was suffering from chronic acidity and gastritis...after waiting for 1 hour i met him...very casually he asked me to lie down and prescribed PPI proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole ..after few days the problem recurred....one year later i was diagnosed with Hepatomegaly ....*** **** ****** ***** **** ********* ** ******* ********* * ***** **** **** *******.dont visit him...his approach is very casual towards patients

Such a money minded doctor i never seen. The moment i share my problem he directly ask me to go for tests and written.

He never listen my issue rather attending his personal phone calls and put me waiting for long time. Very bad experience have happened with doctor

Very nice and friendly medical team. The doctor srivenu garu performed balloon endoscopy to remove one of the complex stone successful (where doctors in other hospital opted for open surgery). Cygnus team removed the same stone without open surgery. I strongly recommend cygnus hospital.

He is a such a wonderful persona I had ever met a great human being before being a Dr. Today's Dr just eye for making but Dr srivenu is a true saul.also his teammate Dr prasad garu. Hats off to his humanly approach thank you both so much. ....
