I initially reached out to Dr. Aparna in April 2019 and I was in denial mode then. I didn't want to believe I was suffering with Depression and I didn't want to take medication for the same. I reached out to her again in October 2019 and sincerely followed the medications she prescribed and my life changed for better. She helped me quit alcohol and cigarettes, convinced me to follow a proper schedule to make my life better which initially did not make any sense to me however, I put my trust in her and I am glad I did. Everything she prescribed worked in my favor. Her medication and continuous support changed my outlook on life and helped me overcome my suffering. When I look back what and how I used to be, it scares me. I would have unexplainable body aches and would not be able to leave the bed. Today, I'm a better person, I don't smoke or drink anymore like I used to. My anger issues have subsided, I have control over my emotional outbursts. It's been 8 months I am not taking any medicines and I feel so much better. I moved to Gurgaon in Feb 2020 and still managed to stay in touch with her. Few medications that were not available here, she helped me find alternatives for the same. While my circumstantial changes and my will to get better helped me, she has also contributed majorly to what I am today and I cannot thank her enough. When I thanked her for what she has done for me, the only advise she could give me is that if I ever get another depressive episode, I seek help and if I see anyone who's going through what I went through, I help that person. She is not only an amazing doctor but an amazing human being as well. When people like us suffer, it takes so much efforts to seek help and I have reviewed a lot of doctors and I am glad I chose to pick Dr. Aparna for my treatment. If you're someone who seeks help, I'd strongly recommend you to consult her and not suffer in silence.

Dr. Aparna is very friendly and approachable that you feel safe already just by seeing her. She's like a trustworthy neighbour- very reliable(because she's an experienced doctor). I've seen quite improvement in my mood, appetite and generally in terms of doing everyday life activitieswith much ease after taking the medications. All to thanks to her, I sleep peacefully and see lesser nightmares now! Still working on my attention span and mindfulness!(Consulted for Anxiety, Depression, Sleep issues).

I am very thankful to Dr aparna because in 20 days I am feeling better than before. Before, some days I had some health issue related to anxiety, sleep disorder, anger, less confidence, talking problems and many others issue's but now I am feel happy and my health is better than before. All those abovementioned symptoms are gone in just 20 day's.

She is very understanding , , the session is for 30 mins, she listened my story beyond that time and even I offered to pay she dint take and it went half an hour more, and she prescribed medicines but I dint use it due to unavailability , now I used and today is my second session.
