I took my Mother to visit Dr. Gautam, as she is of a certain age now and has issues. My father also has many ailments. They do not have a family doctor and wanted to show Dr Gautam their history and issues and some solutions for the recent issues shown in tests. I saw that he has great reviews here and so we chose to go with him. Unfortunately, our experience was as bad ** * ****** ***** *** *** He kept asking what the exact problem is. My Mother has multiple issues and needed to consult a general physician. Yet, he sounded like this would have been better if we came with an exact issue, **** * ***** *** *** ** ******** ** ******* *** he started saying, "Ok Then.." so we can leave. At the end he said I dont have time, and sent us out. It was 8:51. He said he stays only till 8:30. But if you check Practo, he left appointments open even for 8:50. This was unfortunately a bad experience for us

very patient in listening to the problems, explained his diagnosis and proposed treatment.my father was admitted in his care at KIMS hospital for 7 days, and 10 days after his discharge, Dr gautam remembered him by name and treatment. doesn't insist for unnecessary tests or place of tests
