I have booked consultatiin with Dr and requested for video call. he started with audio call and call got disconnected in 1 min. Then I requested two times to call. me back but Dr did not even bothered to check my. messages. I have not received prescription even after 4 hours of consulation. I will request Dr to be professional when treating patients.
