Doctor Preeti Shukla addressed all my concerns. She was very confident in her skills and approach. She wanted more information about the clinical procedure that was being researched at the university of Pittsburgh by Dr Gusenoff.
The next day, she had meticulously researched and told me she could help me. She was concerned about my safety and wanted me to go to a near by hospital where she had privileges to operate. She did not take short cuts and do wanted me under the watchful eyes of the anesthesiologist.
She sent me for further tests and when everything was done and cleared, i went for another prep assessment by a staff Anesthesiologist, Dr Reddy at the hospital.
On the day of the surgery, nurses were awesome at Motherhood hospital. The chief nurse, Mouli came and introduced and took care of all my needs. Dr Savitha had the look and feel of an anesthesiologist.
I chose to have local with sedation and was very happy with my care. Dr shukla came promply on the day of surgery and all the other doctors had a word of praise at her skills. She passionately cares about her patient. After 4 hrs after the surgery I decided to go home and was discharged.
3 days later I went back for a post check up and Dr Shukla was happy with the way the wounds were healing. It will be 2-3 months before I can get the results that I am hoping to get.
I'm a doctor myself and wanted to let the genuine good care by everyone in the team.
