- Prioritize your audiovisual time. Like, what is important and what's not important.
- Keep blinking your eyes in between and don't stare at the monitor continuously.
- If you get time between any two sessions of your online classes just close your eyes, apply wet wipes or cucumber slices and rest to relieve the strain.
- Keep the volume of the earphones to a minimum as much as audible to you and not echoing into your ears. Cut down your screen time on mobile, tabs and tv. Don't listen to any loud music.
