Summer is slowly setting in and at this point of time we definitely need something refreshing and to boost our immunity!
Here is a quick summer green smoothie recipe:
You will need:
- Muskmelon (1 small bowl)
- Green Grapes (5-6pcs)
- Red Apple (half)
- Chopped bottle gourd (Lauki)
- 1/2 cup Spinach (1 cup)
- Turmeric (Grated)
- Pinch of Black pepper
- Coconut water (half glass)
- Chia seeds (1tbs)
- Flax seeds (1tbs)
Now put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
