Summer is slowly setting in and at this point of time we definitely need something refreshing and to boost our immunity!

Here is a quick summer green smoothie recipe:

You will need:

  • Muskmelon (1 small bowl)
  • Green Grapes (5-6pcs)
  • Red Apple (half)
  • Chopped bottle gourd (Lauki) 
  • 1/2 cup Spinach (1 cup)
  • Turmeric (Grated)
  • Pinch of Black pepper
  • Coconut water (half glass)
  • Chia seeds (1tbs)
  • Flax seeds (1tbs)

Now put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
