Stones (Calculi ) can be formed in any area of urinary tract i.e. Kidney, Ureters (tubes carrying urine from kidney to bladder )  and urinary Bladder (sac storing urine). Depending on your work and lifestyle the formation is takes place; following are may some of the causes of renal( kidney) stones :

Common Indian Season : Summer

1. Family history of kidney stones

2. Personal history kidney stones

3. Less Water Intake

4. Sedentary lifestyle 

5. High Oxalate and Calcium diet Intake.

6. Less Physical Activity

7. Obesity

Common Complaints experienced during Kidney Stones :

1. Abdominal pain (intensity depending on location of stone) in side (Rt./Lt.), of abdomen or in lower abdomen which may increase in intensity by movements. 

2. Nauseating feeling mild / severe

3. Burning urination

4. Red/ Brown Urine (due to friction of stone)
