Ayurveda is the science of life. The best way to experience the magic of Ayurveda is to follow the principles of Ayurveda. Ritucharya and Dincharya are one of Ayurveda protocols that everybody should follow in life to achieve healthy and long life. One can achieve a lifespan of 100yrs and above if one follows Rasayana principles. In today life everyone is too busy in earning money but unknowingly busy in losing health and life. What can we do in our busy lives to keep away from disease and to achieve long and healthy life?
Here are a few ways:
1) Practice Pranayama and Yoga exercises daily early morning at least for 30min. Laugh loudly for at least 10 min daily.
2) Avoid fast food, spicy and oily food items and unnatural drinks.
3) Rasayan Formulations such as Chyawanprash should be included in our diet to avoid premature ageing.
4) One should take proper rest in the night. Listen to peaceful instrumental music before sleep.
5) Keep away from harmful radiations coming from electronic gadgets around us.
6) Wear cotton and lose clothes as much as possible.
7) Whole body massage followed by sunbath at least once in a week is very beneficial.
8) Try to keep yourself close to nature, eat natural drink natural and live in natural surroundings.
9) Follow Meditation if you feel any stress and anxiety in life.
