Natural ways to relieve Constipation

1. Try to consume more water at room temperature preferably lukewarm is better to help in movement of bowels.

2. Avoid fast food, spices , cold food, some fruits such as banana, pomegranate which may disturb bowel movements.

3. Try to take oat bran cookies, more porridge(daliya), avoid rice. Muligrain flour is preferable with bran.

4. Take warm / hot milk at bed time.

5. Do not consume water with meals. You can take water 1 & 1/2 hrs after meals.
