Exercise daily - Every time you exercise you are creating new brain cells! Mind is relaxed & your able to think &  also your unwanted stress is released.

Positive thinking - Watch positive thinking videos , read books on positive thinking , look at think & explain them positively & appreciate things around you, give complement people around you. Stop complaining & cribbing about your likes & dislikes. Don't mix with negative people. Believe in yourself that your productive & your life is full of joy.

Keep health diet - Avoid packed food, frozen, sodium contained stuff  & junk food.  Drink 4 to 5 liters of water.

Sleep  well - Don't use mobile before your bed time. listen to calm music , watch comedy shows or programs. Pornography destroys your mind & character. Avoid late night  going to bed.
