Working out, going to the gym, exercising regularly and eating healthy food are excellent habits but do you know the side effects of it? Adonis or not, men who exercise aren't immune to the malodorous side effects of a good workout.
There are yuck factors associated with a regular gym routine: smelly underarms, stinky feet, and sweaty clothes are some of the more common side effects of working out.
Let us look a little more closely at how working out affects gym goers in weird ways:

It's raining men: The more you sweat the more calories you burn, but in this whole process of sweating and burning make sure you don't leave sweat marks all over the treadmill or wet your neighbours with your sprinkle of sweat.

Ooh, aah, ouch! Imagine yourself attending an important business meeting right after your workout session. Bruised toes, leg cramps, sweaty armpits, sodden hair, wet underwear...just some of the things you have to put up with in the quest for perfection!

Shoo the shoe: Have you ever smelled your sneakers post working out? Well, if you have then you know what I am talking about. Solution to this sticky shoe business is on your way! Dry your feet before you wear your socks, try using a perfumed foot spray before you go to bed. Put some dry tea bags inside your sneakers and leave overnight this will absorb the smell from your shoes and neutralize the stink.

Skip to the loo, my darling: Embarrassed to go to the loo in the midst of a meeting? Well, yes habitual exercising does regularize your bowel movements. So, pull yourself out from the crowd and don't suppress your poo, this could create a bowel issue later in life.

So next time you hit the gym, you know what to do!
