Once the thrill and rush of the festival season is over, it leaves in its wake a feeling of guilt and regret. Why guilt and regret? I am sure, you are aware at what I am hinting.   5. Sip on 2 cups of green tea through the day.
  6. Including 45 minutes of exercise and 15 minutes of meditation daily will not only help reduce the systemic as well as mental stress levels.
  7. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep will help you to feel fresher and energetic.
  8. Get a hot oil body massage done once a week to improve and regulate your circulation and lymphatic drainage.
