Flossing is important as it takes care of our teeth and our gums. This helps in removing those hard to reach dental plaques especially where your toothbrush doesn’t reach. The best time to do so is night, just before you hit the bed, however, you can also do it in the mornings.

You can use DentalFloss, pre-threaded flosser, or Water flosser. While its commonly perceived that using a mouthwash will be good enough, it is not a substitute to flossing. However, flossing should not cause pain.

Following a simple routine of brushing and flossing goes a long way in keeping our teeth and gums in good health. For any further technical tips, its best to consult a dental surgeon.
