SAY A BIG NO TO COFFEE OR TEA WITH MEALS OR AFTER MEALS....

This is because a chemical Tannin is present in tea and coffee which interferes with iron absorption.

Though the beverages are known to relieve mental and muscular fatigue, they should be consumed only in moderation.

Also individuals with heart disease should cut down on coffee consumption. "Coffee consumption is known to increase blood pressure and cause abnormalities in heart beat.

Coffee or tea contains caffeine which suppresses hunger and do not allow us to have full balanced nutritious food when taken with meals. Also coffee and tea just after when we have had our dinner, or lunch, it may harm one's digestive system, as it absorbs proteins, iron and vitamin sources which we gain from our meals.
