1. Lying down on back with legs straight. Move the foot up and down in full range.
2. Make the thigh muscles tight and press the towel with knee.
3. Use a round pillow under the knee to make angle of 30° at knee, raise the foot to make knee straight.
4. Lift the leg straight keeping knee tight up to 70°.
5. On side lying, lift the leg straight up towards the roof.
6. Press the rolled towel with both the Knees together.
7. Sit on a chair with knees bent at 90°, alternatively lift the foot up to make the knee straight.
