1. Pure olive oil is more than just a healthy fat , it can also help to relieve constipation .  You need 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice. In the morning consume 1 tablespoon olive oil. It works best in empty stomach. You can mix a little lemon juice as it acts as a natural aid for constipation . The citric acid in lemon juice acts as a stimulant for your digestive system and can help to flush out toxins and undigested material that may have built up along the walls of the colon. You need 1 fresh lemon and a cup of warm water. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into 1 cup of warm water and drink it in empty stomach .
  2. Caffeine is also a natural stimulant to the digestive system, so indulging a cup of joe will help get you up and running in more ways than one .
  3. Fiber is material that cannot be digested , and it acts like a sponge. It draws water from its surroundings making it swell which softens stool and adds bulk to it, which in turn helps it pass. Like coffee, some kinds of fiber (like beans) can contribute to constipation , so always drink plenty of water.

5. Aloe is known to soothe minor cuts and burns. But it can soothe your tummy also .

You need 

  • 2 Tablespoonful of aloe gel or 1 cup of aloevera juice. Mix 2 tablespoonfuls of pure gel with fruit juice and drink in empty stomach, or,
  • Drink one cup of aloevera juice as needed .
