1. Blend 1 Lemon, 1 Cucumber, 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger, 1 Tbsp aloe vera juice, a bunch of cilantro/parsley, a glass of water. Drink this before Bedtime. It burns fat as you sleep. Cucumber and Lemon flush fat and toxins respectively. Ginger eases digestion while parsley is rich in antioxidants. Drink a cup of green tea before bed- this helps burn calories.
  2. Add a dash of Pepper to your meals- it burns fat.
  3. Eliminate any sugars from your diet, it prevents fat burn.
  4. Improve the quality of sleep by listening to soothing music or meditation before bedtime to stimulate better sleep. Sleep at least for 8 hours.
  5. Replace all liquids with water.
  6. Replace beer with wine.
