1. Drink plenty of water. 
  2. Eat small frequent meals. 
  3. Do not skip any meal.
  4. Include plenty of fruits and vegetables in the diet. 
  5. Eat a combination of carbs (whole grains, oats, brown rice), fats (good fats like flax seeds, walnuts, olive oil, fish etc), and lean protein. 
  6. Get a good sleep of minimum 8 hours
  7. Exercise regularly
  8. Don't take stress
  9. Avoid junk foods loaded with sugar, caffeine, preservatives, etc
  10. Don't deprive yourself of adequate sleep
