Brushing Teeth the Right Way! 

The best way to brush is to mentally divide your teeth into 4 equal  areas (quadrants).  It is important to spend at least     30 seconds on each quadrant, adding up to a total of 2 minutes each time you brush.

Here is what you need to bear in mind -

Now that you are ready to start, here is how to brush your teeth right -

Step 1 - Start with the outer and inner surfaces. Brush your teeth at a 45-degree angle  in short half-tooth-wide strokes against the gum line.

Step 2 - Hold the brush flat and brush back and forth on the chewing surface.

Step 3 - On inside surfaces of front teeth, tilt the brush vertically and use gentle up and down strokes.

Step 4 - Use a tongue cleaner in a back-to-front sweeping motion to remove food particles and freshen your mouth. 

Don't press too hard, or you'll end up damaging the tissues.
