Many years ago, I wrote an email to a surgeon at 1030 pm -re my Mother In Law's debilitating pain. I was of course not expecting an answer and was obviously (happily) shocked to see a response at 0130 am from the good doctor replying in detail to each of my concerns! About a fortnight ago, I had the privilege and honor to meet this great human being face to face when my octogenarian mother was hospitalized in Balaji hospital. He is none other than Dr. H S CHHABRA, an internationally renowned spine surgeon ...a legend really. But to see such humility and dedication in a doctor who has long since ticked all boxes was the most humbling experience of my life. I saw him and his team in OPD till 1 in the morning spending incredible amount of time with each of the patients who travelled from far away places to get cured with his magic wand. Even at midnight, his energy, interest, warmth & comforting voice had not waned. ALL his team members- half a dozen young dedicated married doctors- remained by his side. I often imagined about such persons; admiring nay worshipping such qualities but to see such a luminary in person was a surreal experience. We all talk of idealism but I saw Dr. Chhabra practice it- day in and day out. This world is a better place because Dr. Chhabra lives in it and he epitomizes professional brilliance along with rare character, compassion to fellow humans and dedication. Balaji hospital management has got a gem and should do everything in its power to welcome him and his team & facilitate them in every way possible. Many other doctors playing Gods but actually being lazy, arrogant, negligent and avaricious should learn a few tricks in being a human first. Thank you Dr. Chhabra...may you live long and keep alleviating suffering. Amen!

I recently had the pleasure of having my mother treated by Dr. Poonam Agarwal, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you’re looking for an absolute rockstar doctor for a normal delivery, look no further than Dr. Meenakshi Bansal! Seriously, she was incredible from start to finish.

I am very happy with the treatment given to my wife by Dr. Meenakshi. My wife was in pain from 4 months, i visited four different Gynecologist of different hospital during the pain but the treatment given by them did not work. I admitted my wife in a hospital at Punjabi bagh. During hospitalization her pain was not under control than one of my nearer suggested to visit Dr. Meenakshi with my wife medical history. She immediately response and suggested for admission in her care at Sri balaji action hospital. I believed Dr. Meenakshi and admitted my wife under her care. After medical test she did not found any cause of pain as the reports are normal . Than Dr. Suspected something and suggested for laparoscopy. With our consent, on very next day in urgency at early morning at 6 am she did laparoscopy in which she found some wrong thing which she doubt in starting. Now my wife is good and without pain. My wife said she is very caring and polite during the admission period. Now she is ok. Thanks to Dr. Meenakshi and i am highly recommended Dr. Meenakshi Bansal. Thanks Dr.

I’m writing it on my mother’s behalf. My whole family got a sigh of relief after meeting Dr. Poonam Agarwal as we met many doctors before meeting Dr. Poonam and everyone exaggerated my mother’s Heath problem and made us so worried that we all even left eating food. But after talking to dr. Poonam , most of our worries had gone because of her such sweet and friendliness nature. My mother had to have her surgery to remove her fibroid sized more than 100 mm. And we are totally satisfied with the surgery. My mother hasn’t suffered from any excess pain or uneasiness. My family’s experience with Dr. Poonam was beyond amazing.

During this Pandemic my mom had to get operated for Hysterectomy and AV Repair. But due to the current scenario I was very worried & sceptical about visiting a hospital and consulting a Gynaecologist.

Dr. Poonam Agarwal was really instrumental in giving my mom the initial trust and confidence about the surgery. She was very kind & listened to my mom's queries patiently. She also paid attention to all my concerns calmly pre and post surgery.

Post surgery, on the follow-up days, she gave the same attention to detail as before and was very kind to reply to all my mom's messages. My mom is recovering quite well from the surgery and we are very happy to have found such an experienced and kind Doctor.

We had a negative experience with this doctor, and the hospital in which he operates (Action Balaji). The waiting staff at his office in the hospital is also very poorly managed, and we experienced waiting times of 4-5 hours each time we visited his office.

I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr Poonam Aggarwal, I also searched the name on google after my first visit by someone’s reference. Her qualifications, experience and reviews were impressive enough. I had large fibroids around uterus and the way Dr Poonam guided and treated me proved to be very helpful to me. She gave me personal attention pre and post surgery and helped me overcome the fear of surgery’s consequences. Her soft words are enough to heal u internally. M grateful to almighty and Dr Poonam to bless me with a healthy body again.
