I went there and took medicines as prescribed and my throat infection went to severe stage in next 3 days. After 3 days I went to consult and they are like pay again 700 and then only you can talk to Doctor. The staff sitting on reception be like, first pay then only we will let you inside. I requested them to talk to doctor once and tell him the case that medicines doesn't suit so that he can prescribe other medicines but they were like stuck on 1 line, pay us first. Its purely abut money there. They didn't even talked to the doc and I called the doc by myself and then this doc sounded like the staff only. He clearly said that if you cant pay us then you can leave. Secondly, he doesn't listen to you fully and handover the prescription in just 5 mins and ask to leave. ** **** ******* ******** ** ** ******** ** ******** *** ******** He doesn't care what patient is telling or enquiring.

Finally, he gave an alternate medicine to me because of previous drug reaction history by WhatsApp. He deleted that within 24 hours and when I wanted to continue medicine for 3 more days as he suggested before, I asked him to share the name of alternate medicine. He asked to pay 700 rs. for telling medicine name over phone. This is within 7 days of my consultation. I can pay if it's logical and worth. I would neve recommend him to anyone.

He brought my voice back in just 3 hours after taking medicine. Previous doctor gave wrong medicine and complicated my case but thanks to Dr. Vishal Kapoor for handling it so smoothly and perfectly. Thanks much.Will definitely recommend.
