It was a smooth process as Glamyo provided pick and drop service and took care of insurance approval paper work. I recovered completely within a week and started my daily routine from 3rd day. I would like to recommend Dr. Kapil and Glamyo to everyone.

The overall service provided starting from booking of appointment, to diagnosis, to the process of booking and finalization of surgery, the actual surgery, the post op service, everything little thing about their service was phenomenal. All hassle free process right from query call to operating procedure. Jagdish the query handler was very informative and helpful, helped us to get the right hospital nearby us, regular followups and availability over phone is something outstanding for glamyo. Surgery was well planned and timely executed. Further to mention about Suryansh, he met us and take great care of all formalities within hospital stay. We will surely recommend them.

Staff was generous and polite. Query and objection handling regarding procedure was good. Response from customer care team were quick.

I was in a lot of pain while passing stools last month, i got concerned when i started bleeding , so i got in touch with glamyo who diagnosed me with piles and recommend laser surgery for me , My surgery was done by Dr Sandeep jain who was very nice to me as well as the glamyo counsellor who stayed in touch with me throught the whole process. First l called and ask for the correct address because in Uber there was different Glamyo clinics and the reply was " l do not the address will ask and will call back"

At the time of the consultation one person ask me share my CT scan and test by phone because doctor was busy and was unable to see me.

I was in the street with all the studies under a horrible pain and stressed, we went to an hospital near by ****** and in emergencies decided to call a surgeon and the surgery was in the morning after.
