Dr. Arun Antony is one of the professional, understandable & very cooperative urologist in term of all espect. In my entire life, I didn't meet a doctor who gave me mobile no but he gave me and whenever I feel puzzle, he was always ready to help me even he don't have timelimit too.

He did surgery of my father and I never feel that something can be wrong with my father. I always feel that my father is in safe hand.

You are the best to best Doctor in life, I ever meet.

I was facing some issues erection problem! I consulted with Dr Arun ! He is very friendly! He has explained me about my problem and root cause of this problem! And suggested some medicine and test ! Where I found normal as of now ! He also suggested some excercise and diet change ! I will follow the same ! I am hoping to get recovered soon !

I do not recommend the doctor

Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issue

I would highly recommend not to book a video consultation with Dr. Arun. I had taken a video appointment with him looking at the reviews. *** *** ******** *** **** **** He kept saying just come and visit me and we will talk about the situation and treatment. He did not consult at all. Why is he charging us then?

1st of all the details given by patient seem to be wrong. I didn't not discuss like this with the patient. Moreover not everything can be dealt online. Some cases need an in clinic visit. I don't know why that should get a negative feedback. Secondly patient consulted me online & I called him to clinic for a physical examination. Neither have I asked for any extra charges for the same. I don't see any logic why patient gives a negative feedback instead of visiting me. Thirdly consultation was done online on 12th April & feedback given on 29th May. Why patient took so much gap? I feel something is fishy here. I feel practo needs to take a pragmatic stand on this issue & honestly I feel this is an unfair feedback & should not be published.
