Gaudium Women Hospital, Janakpuri

This is to bring into everyone’s notice about highly unprofessional team led by Dr Manika Khanna.

We had a first visit to her Gaudium clinic in 1st week of June where we consulted Dr Komal. Post discussion with her, we told her that we would like to meet Dr Manika Khanna before initiating the treatment.

We almost waited for 5 weeks and got about 10 appointments canceled. Every time, we used to get different excuses from Bhavna, Dr Shweta & Dr Rachna and a new OPD date.

Last Wednesday, I spoke to Dr Rachna and she confirmed that she and Dr Shweta are personally following up with Dr Manika Khanna and guaranteed that this coming Saturday, she will fix our appointment with her. Today, on 9th July, when I called Dr Rachna, she didn’t pickup my phone. When I constantly called her, she just messaged me to reach out personal EA of Dr Manika Khanna by sharing her number which was not reachable. Again, when I tried calling her she abruptly spoke to me to reach out to her and disconnected my call without even listening to me.

This is for Dr Manika Khanna, to let you know the kind of treatment normal patients get from your staff is absolutely unprofessional. It just gives an impression the kind of in human service which is being given to the patients.

Its completely a sheer wastage of time, money and efforts.

***** ** **** **** ** ********** **** ********* ********** ** **** ***** ***** ********* ****** ** **** ** **** ******** ******** the kind of treatment or response people get from your staff is very disappointing.

I am not sure whether you are too much occupied or is just the way you and your people operate **** ********

Very unpleasant and disheartening

Hope to get a call from Dr Manika as last hope at least she is different from her staff and value human beings and their lives

Nancy is my child and Dr.Piyush Khanna is the only doctor from her birth...he knows very well how to treat my child.. she was admitted once with fever of 105 degree, we were very much worried but under his treatment she cured within 2 days... I do really recommend him...He's like a saviour for me... I just want to say thank you doctor from the bottom of my heart... All doctors are gud bt they not allow to meet the senior doctors I think this is not gud bcoz all the patients are visited to other countries. They are happy to this treatment and hope fully done.

Dr ghai is the most preferred doctor also a very good physician. He is one of the most sensible doctor very cool gives proper time to diagnose your problem I recommend him from my heart. Regards.
