But From Dr Uma Vaidyanathan , you accept this as her way of showing warmth and care for you. My wife conceived after 8 years of marriage and we were going through a stressful pregnancy, which was at great risk. We met Dr Uma , six months ago in Max Pitampura , and during our first meeting itself we were smitten by her depth of understanding of our problem and her focused approach to resolve it. Lot of good doctors out there can do that, but what sets Dr Uma apart is how she destresses you and treats the mental aspect of the problem first. As simple it may sound , its massive for patients who have already been under so much of pressure. During our journey she was proactive with all the diagnosis and medications and didn’t leave anything to chance. She has a way of making the problems seem smaller than they actually are, so for the first time we looked forward to a doctor’s visit. Even on the day of the delivery in Fortis Shalimar bagh, strangely I was very relaxed, because I knew we are in best possible hands. Thanks to her brilliant skills and professional approach , we are blessed with a baby girl. We will always be indebted to her , not only for the outcome but also for the process.

My mother recently underwent knee surgery at Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh under the care of Dr. Puneet Mishra and his excellent team – Dr. Ashish Gupta, Dr. Rahul Garg, and the entire orthopaedics department.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Puneet Mishra was extremely helpful and patient. He explained everything in simple, clear language so that my mother and our family could understand the condition and the surgery options available. He even showed us an informative video about how the surgery would be performed, which gave us a lot of confidence and removed our fears. He patiently answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed.

After a month of preparation, we decided to go ahead with the surgery. The entire process – from admission to discharge – was smooth and well-organized. A special mention goes to Ms. Dolly, the coordinator with Dr. Mishra’s team, who guided us step by step, kept us informed in advance, and ensured everything was taken care of without stress.

The surgery itself went very smoothly. Dr. Puneet Mishra personally called us after the operation to reassure us that everything went well. The best part was how painless the procedure felt for my mother – by the second day, physiotherapy had already begun to help her walk again. Of course, there was some minimal pain as expected, but it was very manageable.

Now, after 2 months, we can confidently say that the recovery has been excellent. My mother has regained mobility, is able to walk comfortably, and her quality of life has improved significantly.

I lost my baby last year in August to a rare heart condition. It was a devastating time for me as well as my husband. So when I conceived again in December 2019, we decided to go to the highly recommended Dr. Uma Vaidyanathan at Fortis, Shalimar Bagh. During our first consultation, Dr. Uma came across as such a positive person and was such a calming influence on me who was a bundle of nerves and anxiety due to my past pregnancy. Even with Covid-19 making things difficult where we were restricted to video consults, she gave us ample time, listened to our each & every query and resolved the same. Her plan of action for ahead was always very specific and clear. She answered all my questions regarding delivery in these difficult times and my options with so much patience. Ultimately, she gave me my twin rainbow baby boys at 36 weeks completely healthy. The entire team at Fortis, Shalimar Bagh took great care of us during our stay in the hospital and put our fears to rest about negative hospital experiences we were listening to all these times. Dr. Uma and her entire team deserves a big thumbs up and is highly recommended for anyone who wishes to have a positive and smooth pregnancy and get their little one(s) home safe and healthy. I totally Recommend the Doctor

My Mother was having severe pain in her both knees from last 10 years and now it was very difficult for her to take 2-3 steps. We visited Dr. Amite Pankaj Ji at Fortis on 12th December, 2023 and he explained the problem in detail and suggested for Total Knee Replacement . We were very tensed related to knee replacement but Dr Amite and his team explained in a very good manner that it will be a 2-3 hours process and patient will take start recovering within 2-3 days. She was hospitalized for 5 days and now I can see smile on face of my Mother on day of discharge.

Post Surgery also Dr. Amite meet on daily basis for 4 days to my Mother and assured her that she will get perfect soon.

Ms. Vandana , team member of Dr. Amite also helped us in various ways and she was available on one call.

Mr Akshay Singhal, Physiotherapist helped my mother a lot and also motivated her that she can take steps and walk. Physiotherapist team including all girls member was very cooperative.

I have taken appointment for my family member and visited the hospital for Neurology concern. Doctor was really very good and she has done the check up. After that she has explained each and every details for us so that we could understand the issue. After that she has prescribed for some medicines and after following her treatment we could find the difference in the health and we are 90% satisfied with treatment. It was Covid time but hospital staff were cooperative and responsive with us. I would like to recommend this doctor for my friends and family member if required in further

Dr. Amit Agarwal is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I have been visiting him for treatment and then for regular follow-ups since 2016, and each time we have met, he has provided thorough examinations and has shown genuine concern & takes time to listen and time to explain. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional

Last Month My Mother had a Total Knee Replacement Surgery of both of her Legs from Dr. PUNIT JAIN at the FORTIS Hospital Shalimar Bagh...We had an extremely comfortable experience pre and post the surgery while during my Mother's stay at the Hospital.

Dr. Jain regularly came to review her condition twice a day while She was in the Hospital post the Surgery.

It has been almost 1 month post my Mother's surgery and She is recovering fast...We have been regularly going to Dr. Jain every 10 days post the surgery to get advice on the recovery, medicines, etc..

Dr Jain has been extremely Polite, helpful and above all have been encouraging my Mother to calm her anxieties..

Even after this novice way of making scissions in 2 year old baby they were least bothered about his pain management or high fever after the operation

Worst is yet to come the prime reason of the operation was to descend the testicles into scortum but nothing happened

Operation was a complete failure he failed the operation which nobody fails

Not entertaining after operation says wait for 2-3 years we Will see what to do…

We went through harrible time of pain and anxiety and it’s still scaring us.
