CM Patel Hospital, Shahdara

I am sharing case of my wife , she admitted in CM Patel Hospital in emergency department. 25 weeks pregnant lady for complaint Nausea and vomiting. Dr. kept my wife in day-care for 2 days. In starting she was saying she had food poisoning, but did not performed any tests. All vitals were normal except c/o of headache and nausea and vomiting. On 3rd day suddenly she came with a blood report showing septicemia with abnormal labs value. Although they did not performed any blood test in 3 days . That reports were totally not belong to patients . When I asked to my wife that hospital staffs took any blood samples or any consent before any blood sample. She denied. I c/o against that reports then she removed all reports and discharged immediately although previously she was arguing that I will not discharge pt.

Personally I will recommend Dr. Arora to any one after that incident.

I would like to inform you that I visited C.M. Patel hospital in emergency at 9:30 pm. My case was handled by Dr. Sweena Arora there.

I was suffering from high pain during pregnancy (5 months) on 10 july 2019 so I had to visit nearby hosital. Initially it looked fine while she was diagnosing me. Then i handed over her my medical papers with all my pregnancy reports for the reference (which is being handleled by another doctor).

She checked my paper which is from another doctor, suddenly she behaved like my all reports are wrong and started commenting negative about me and my baby. she was pointing out complicacies in my case. However i and my family understood her intention of saying all this but we could not reply anything as we were helpless and situation was critical for us.

This complaint is not about questioing on any docotr's medical practice capability. It is about her intention and rude and unacceptable behaviour towards the patient and her family. *** ** ******* ** **** *** ********* ***** ***** ** ***** *** ** *** ******** ******** **** ** **** ********* **** ******

I was deeply hurt to see the way they behaved with my family as i could clearly see what she intended to say. Simply changing the doctor to her for my case.

Dr. Gagan Arora is very friendly towards his patients and explains the problem clearly and also answers the doubts in a very practical and clear manner.
