Hello, I am Pramod, I was suffering from Social Phobia from the last many years, and I was also don’t know about my problem.

I just understand. I am Shaye person who talked little and mind also not working when I am in parties and people groups.

I was very depressed, and I was finding way to skipping any way to family faction and parties I was only thing what are peoples are thinking/talking about me.

I was just thinking I am not perfect, and I was losing my self-confidence day by day.

When I was in any parties and function, I was ignoring peoples, when I came to office, I was avoiding people’s/Bosses.

Also, my family relation was not well , I was always issue with wife and family as I was unable to manage thing in home or office just going angry and when someone joking/taking about me, I was feeling shame/SAD and gone into depression and I was unable to give any answer to them, I was always trying to stand in last row so people not noticing me.

When I was in any group discussion, I was feeling Anxiety and my mind was making others story and my mind was not there.

Before some time In 2022 I was thing about my problem as I have issue and I discussed the same with my friend.

Now my decision power also become very strong and I managing things my own without any problem, in my family my wife, my children’s are also very happy to see changes into me.

My mother was diagnosed with Major Depressive disorder. Ongoing treatment for 6 years with various doctors and hospitals didn't do her well. Her condition always relapsed only with more severity to the point where she lost her personality and undergone complete shrinking of thought process.
