My teeth are yellow in colour. what should I do to make it white. there is small dot of white colour on front of my teeth.

hello, yellow teeth could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged between teeth. visit a dentist and get a scaling and polishing done. brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Most likely it is flourosis, bleaching will not be effective. Go for ceramic veneers.

Hi it looks like u have fluorosis problem this is most common issue in areas having high fluoride content in drinking water.visit your dentist do complete cleaning if it is due to calculus , yellow deposits will be cleared, if it's due to flurosis  Depending on the severity of the condition the treatment options may vary like bleaching , veneering (cosmetic filling ) and laminates.visti your near by dentist he will guide you.

Hi .. kindly get scaling/ cleaning done for full mouth .. after that if the stains still persist then get tooth bleaching done. White spot is due to fluorosis of tooth.. it can be treated by tooth colored filling. Rest can be planned by a clinical visit to the dentist. Regards
