I smile and enjoy my day. I have no such real worries. But always i get the thoughts of my parents death, my grandmother's death, they are getting old. I feel so much uncomfortable. Whenever i am at the office and have no work . These thoughts are making me very uncomfortable. Kindly suggest what should i do?

Hi Have u seen/watched scenes where there is a loss of parents? Have u been hearing such incidents recently? What is it that makes u so fearful of these thoughts? Is the fear of losing them worrying u or is it the fear of u being lonely worring you?? Do u have a partner or friend with whom u can discuss such stuff?
