I am Deepthy K, i am working as a senior manager in one of the MNC company.
I have been facing issues from past few years. I feel stressed out with lot of negative thoughts, anxiety and fear. I have developed this fear from past few years. I get scared to travel to places. I feel very very uncomfortable in queue, closed rooms, closed environment / locked rooms in crowded areas.

To get help you can talk about what is making you feel stressed and anxious and you can also talk about your fear of travel and being in closed environment. You can consult a psychologist who will help you find possible ways to overcome anxiety and fear.
