I had bad experience with drug use, it gave me a lot of anxiety, i was really unable to differentiate different reality and dream all it felt like a dream at that point of time,i kept myself closed in a room for like 3-4 days, i was even afraid to talk to someone, after 3-4 days, it was really as intense as whenever i tried to talk, i was full of sweat 😅😅 due to anxious thoughts, and now it has been months, like 3-4 months, i am much much better can say i am >80% better, but i am having some problems now also, like i am aware of all things and don't have social anxiety anymore, but sometimes my gets anxious suddenly and it went for some minutes, there is a feeling of sadness is there most of the time, don't feel motivated for some things that i used to feel before, and also whenever i am with my friends or my family, these feelings go away, due to word limit i am attaching a screenshot of more text written. i am from an village hence can't approach and professional.

Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is difficult for you to figure out. Drug usage shifts what we are conscious of and a lot of past experiences and emotions stored in the subconscious start to come out and give us the experience that we have. The fact that after drug usage we are more aware of certain things we were never aware of and have no context of where they are coming from can cause an emotional overwhelm of sorts. We will have to process the emotional overwhelm you are feeling and also where it is coming from for you to feel emotionally stable.
